Handling & Dispatch Time All orders are handmade to order and are typically dispatched within 3–5 business days. During busy periods (such as holidays or sales), this may take a little longer — we'll always keep you updated.

Shipping Rates We ship via Royal Mail, and our rates are as follows:

• Standard (up to 1.5kg): £3.29
• Medium Parcel (1.55kg–5kg): £4.99
• Free shipping on all orders over £25! 🎉

Delivery Timeframes Once dispatched, please allow:

• 2–4 business days for standard Royal Mail delivery within the UK
